"Rob's two decades of diverse experience has helped him develop a deep understanding of the needs of small businesses and the demands they face as they strive to grow and prosper. We're confident he’ll build on that record of success with our member banks and their customers across South Carolina," said BDC President Peter G. Shand.
"Startups and established firms alike face unique challenges and opportunities in the bright days ahead for the Palmetto State's economy. Rob Evans already had deep personal ties to our state and we're delighted he's bringing to us both his business acumen and his commitment to his clients' success," said BDC CEO and Board Chairman Edwin O.
